Craftsmen, professionals and technical staff with decades of experience in the ceramic production cycle were carefully chosen and selected on the basis of their knowledge to be the instructors involved in the activities of the School of Ceramics.

Through collaboration with artisans, artists, industrialists, designers, architects and ceramic professionals, it was possible to create a technical staff high level capable of imparting knowledge with a new experimental method that combines research and innovation.

The collaboration with young start-ups ensures that students in the School of Ceramics use the latest technologies in a process of continuous growth that allows them to open up to new commercial markets.
