PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Participation in the call requires the appointed person to provide data and information, including documents, that fall within the scope of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679 and national privacy legislation.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the above legislation, the Foundation is required to provide information regarding the use of such data.

The data are collected for the purposes of participation in the call, in particular for carrying out checks and paying prizes, and in any case in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

Data processing will be carried out in a way that ensures security and confidentiality and may be performed using IT and telematic tools suitable for storing, managing and transmitting the data. These data may also be combined with those of other subjects according to qualitative, quantitative and temporal criteria identified from time to time.

Some of the data provided when submitting the application may be disclosed to external parties of the Foundation and/or published, in accordance with and subject to the applicable legislation.

With regard to the above data, the participant, as data subject, is granted the rights set out in Articles 15-21 of GDPR 2016/679.

Submission of the application confirms that the participant has read and understood the methods relating to the processing of personal data described in this notice.

The data controller is Fondazione Ceramica Montelupo ETS.

In the case of collective participation, the personal data processing notice and the release for the use of images are understood to be approved and accepted by all participants in the artistic team. It is the sole responsibility of the team leader to have obtained authorization from the other participants.
