    PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    To participate in the call for proposals, the designated party is required to provide data and information—including in the form of documents— that fall within the scope of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679 and national privacy laws.

    Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned regulations, the Foundation is required to provide certain information regarding their use.

    The data is collected for the purpose of participating in the call for applications, specifically to carry out verifications and make payments of grants, and, in any case, in compliance with applicable regulations.

    Data processing will be carried out in a manner that ensures security and confidentiality and may be performed using appropriate IT and telecommunications tools designed to store, manage, and transmit the data. Such data may also be combined with that of other parties based on qualitative, quantitative, and temporal criteria identified on a case-by-case basis.

    Some of the information provided as part of the application process will be disclosed to parties outside the Foundation and/or published, in accordance with and in compliance with applicable laws.

    With regard to the aforementioned data, the participant, as the data subject, is granted the rights set forth in Articles 15–21 of the GDPR 2016/679.

    FOR ARTISTS FROM MONTELUPO FIORENTINO ONLY

    Participation in the Montelupo Ceramics section is limited exclusively to artists working within the production area of Montelupo Fiorentino ceramics and to artists who are members of the Strada della Ceramica di Montelupo Fiorentino Association.

    When submitting their applications, artists are asked to indicate their entry category. If they choose a specific section, they are ineligible to enter the main section of the competition or any other award categories, with the exception of the audience award.
